o The applicants who already hold a PhD proposition from Sheffield Hallam University (to begin in September 2015) are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
o Presently registered PhD candidates are not eligible.
o International candidates must meet the minimum IELTS requirements. This differs depending upon the research area in which the candidate is interested.
