Australian offer to Grants or Scholarships to Pakistan in Multi-Disciplines for Higher Studies

The Australian Universities under aegis of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Science, Research and Economy are providing the scholarships to Pakistani students in multi-disciplines for higher studies. Those scholarships are under the Franz Werfel scholarship as well as the Ernst Mach Scholarship Program for the academic year 2015-16.
Fields of study:
Ø Humanities
Ø Linguistics and Literature
Target group:
Ø Postgraduates
Ø PhD holders
Time period for each Scholarship:
Approximately 4 to 9 months
Total number of Scholarships:
Almost 7 new sholarships for each academic year, If the research activity is successful, the award can, on request, be rehabilitated (approximate duration is 18 months).
Scholarship benefit paid:
1) Monthly grant: 1040 EUR, book allowance: 93 EUR
2) Accident and health insurance, living allowance If essential, the OeAD-GmbH will take out an accident and health insurance on behalf of the grant beneficiary.
3) The OeAD-GmbH will attempt to offer the lodging (aspirant hall of residence or flat) for the receivers of grants who have a desire to get the space arranged by the OeAD. Per month cost: 220 EUR to 470 EUR (that depends upon how much comfort the recipients of grants require). A management fee of 18 EUR monthly is payable to the OeAD-GmbH for positioning the allowances. The expenses for insurance and lodging have to be paid out of the award by the recipient of the grant.
4) Recipients of grants are exempted from paying tuition fees.
5) Recipients of rewards from non-European developing countries will also accept a travelling expenses subsidy of 730 EUR maximum.

Eligibility Criteria:
The eligible students for this scholarship are those who are studying at a university in one of the above-mentioned countries. The candidates must study a master Program or have successfully completed at least 4 semesters of studies within a bachelor or diploma Program by the time of taking up the scholarship.
Maximum age:
35 years (born on or after the 1st October 1979).
